IEA designs and manufactures industrial radiators, fluid coolers, and heat exchangers for engines and mission-critical equipment. Building both engine-mounted and remote systems in copper/brass and aluminum configurations.
IEA has been engineering cooling systems since 1985, serving as a preferred supplier to major power generation and engine OEMs.
Every IEA product is backed by a Performance Guarantee plus a one-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship from the date of shipment.
IEA builds engine-mounted radiators (EC series), which attach directly to the engine, and remote-mounted radiators (HC/VC/MC series), which install separately when engine-room space or airflow requirements call for it. Both are offered in copper/brass and aluminum.
Both. IEA offers standard product platforms as well as custom-engineered cooling solutions for unique applications, challenging environments, and specialized performance requirements. Call 262.942.1414 to get to work on your custom application now.
A fluid cooler rejects heat from a closed liquid loop (glycol or dielectric fluid) rather than cooling engine coolant directly, and is used for mission-critical equipment like data centers and immersion-cooling systems. Check out the V-Bank, which has capacities to fit both mediums.
Yes. IEA makes heat exchangers, aluminum fluid coolers, and integrated immersion-cooling modules built specifically for high-density, AI-driven data centers, supporting direct-to-chip liquid cooling and backup power cooling in reduced-footprint deployments. Check out our new V-Bank fluid cooler design.
Yes. IEA can manufacture a replacement core for a radiator of any age. You will need the unit’s serial number and model number; if you don’t have those, IEA’s measuring guide or core replacement team can help identify the correct fit.
IEA offers new unit installation and consultation, scheduled maintenance, complete re-coring, repairs, replacement part installation, and custom-designed replacement units.
IEA serves power generation, data centers and AI/HPC workloads, defense and mobile power, oil & gas, healthcare, and other mission-critical infrastructure including telecom, airports, and water treatment.
Sizing depends on heat load, ambient temperature, airflow orientation, and space constraints. IEA recommends consulting a Sales Application Engineer, and offers a sizing calculator on ieacooling.com to narrow down options before a formal quote.
Submit a request through IEA’s contact form and a Sales Application Engineer will follow up to help size the right solution for your application. IEA’s quotation process is designed to support your project, no matter the timeline.
IEA combines over 40 years of thermal engineering experience with responsive customer support, custom design capabilities, and domestic manufacturing to deliver reliable cooling solutions for demanding applications.
Yes. IEA regularly designs replacement radiators and cooling systems for legacy equipment when original products are no longer available.
